I loved how close to everything including the freeway it was locations. Also the staff was amazing, and the breakfast was always smiling and helpful. My boys loved the pool, which the 3 times we used it we got lucky and there was no one else there so we got it to ourselves.

The rooms are clean and didn’t smell like cigarettes, breakfast was ok, one staff making your plate of food. There will be a line in the lobby for breakfast. No tables to eat at. Overall the stay was 8 out of 10.

Breakfast was great, having someone facilitate breakfast instead of it being a free for all made things way easier. I was initially concerned with the back parking lot and safety knowing I'd be returning to my room late at night but it was really well lit.

The breakfast was good but eating the same food is not appealing. The breakfast items were the same for the 3 days we stayed. The location was convenient for other places to eat. The staff took care of my "deadbolt" concern right away. I was happy that there was a security vehicle onsite but I did not see a security officer. It was a good thing I was able to check in 2 hours earlier for an additional fee of $20. Eventhough the location was on a busy intersection, the traffic noise was minimal.

Room was very quiet even being right next to the office. I was concerned it might be noisy but was pleasantly surprised. Not right next to the freeway really helps.

The property is located close to Downtown Escondido near restaurants, stores, breweries, wineries and natural preserves. The room size was ample (the bathroom has a decent size as well). The room was equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee makes and other electronics. This is a great stay option for families. The continental breakfast included was good (options such as waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, cerals, juice and coffee are included).

The staff and management are very accommodating. My family and I stay at this location during our zoo trips, we are season pass holders and love having a hotel that is budget friendly, clean, comfortable and safe. The location is near so many great places. Shopping and starbucks.
